Leather Furniture Warranty
Choice Leather services all warranty issues on any product sold by Choice Leather. Each manufacturer offers a warranty on their products and this warranty may vary from one manufacturer to another. Since Choice Leather chooses to only offer fine furniture made by quality furniture manufacturers, warranties on frames, springs and in some cases other components generally carry a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. Other components will vary from one manufacturer to another but all offer at least 1 year on everything against specified defects in materials and workmanship. Please note - no manufacturer will warrant against fading - do not expose any furniture to direct sunlight or other extreme conditions. Additionally, please keep in mind that leather is a natural product and therefore has inherent markings and shading variations and may show varying grain patterns and color hues - this is not to be considered a defect but natural beauty markings - making your piece as unique as a snowflake.
For additional peace of mind, Choice Leather also offers an optional DuPont Teflon product underwritten by Guardian that warrants against damage caused by accidents. Such as - stains that cannot be removed that are caused by food or beverage, ink, lipstick, crayons, even - burns, punchers, tears and more (please call store and request Guardian brochure for additional information). It does not cover things that are considered normal maintenance such as cleaning hair and body oils off the leather regularly, pet damage, fading, etc.
